Alleged Hitler salute on campaign poster: AfD lawmaker Möller loses at top court

The Federal Court of Justice has rejected the appeal of Brandenburg AfD state lawmaker Wilko Möller. His fine of 11,600 euros stands.

The 3rd criminal panel of the Federal Court of Justice (BGH) rejected on Oct. 13 the appeal of Brandenburg AfD state lawmaker Wilko Möller, it emerged on Monday. The case concerns an alleged Hitler salute on a campaign poster.

The panel found no legal error to Möller's disadvantage in the ruling of the Frankfurt (Oder) regional court, which in February fined the politician 11,600 euros.
