Video streaming of the vote count never started at 184 polling stations, the Ministry of Innovation and Digital Transformation said, according to BNT. In many places commissions did not show the control receipts to the cameras, and at some stations the stream stopped before the election paperwork was completed.
BNT described individual cases: in Garmen the device was placed far from the commission and the stream cut off before the protocols were finished. In Petrich one station counted receipts out of camera range, and in Belitsa one commission showed its receipts while another counted in silence.
In Gorski Izvor the commission tipped the ballot box onto the table without showing the receipts and debated whether some were invalid. One member objected that votes for "I do not support anyone" are valid.
