Hairstylists made clear statements on the Paris runways for Spring/Summer 2027. At Chanel, lead stylist Duffy showed numerous variations on the bun, according to Grazia Singapore – from a textured shape recalling a swallow's nest to a low coiled bun at the nape. At Balenciaga, models tucked their hair into coat and jacket collars, making it look shorter; Grazia calls the look the "Olsen tuck" after the Olsen twins.
Bustle spotted disconnected "broken" ponytails by stylist Louis Ghewy at Julie Kegels, capturing the moment right after a big chop. Curly bangs appeared as rococo ringlets at Acne Studios and as a micro-fringe at Dries Van Noten. At Isabel Marant, Damien Boissinot dipped models' lengths in pastel pink.
Saint Laurent and Tom Ford paired slicked-back hair with full-glam make-up. Elie Saab opted for soft retro waves inspired by screen star Jean Harlow. And at Dior, oversized floral earrings stood out, hanging so long that they read like hair extensions.
