Bulgaria's first outlet village: Outlet Village Sofia opens on 26 November
Bulgaria's first outlet village opens on Botevgradsko Shose in Sofia at the end of November. Tenants include BOSS, Guess, Levi's, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and Nike.

Outlet Village Sofia opens on 26 November – according to ACROSS Magazine, Bulgaria's first outlet village. The investor, according to ACROSS, is Trinity Capital, with architecture by Atelier Serafimov. 96 percent of the space is leased, with tenants including BOSS, HUGO, Guess, Levi's, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Timberland, Napapijri and Nike. "Outlet Village Sofia is built around clarity, for management, tenants, and visitors alike," said Martin Dimov of Trinity Capital.
According to Fakti.bg, the centre is located on Botevgradsko Shose next to XOPark and opens with 33 stores and a restaurant on 9,000 square metres of leasable space. An extension of around 2,500 square metres with at least ten further brands is planned by 2030, ACROSS reported; Fakti.bg gives 2,000 to 3,000 square metres.
