U2 on Thursday announced the European dates of their world tour “Carnaval De Luz Presents: The Greatest Show On Earth.” According to promoter Live Nation, the band will play twelve shows in the UK and Europe between April 26 and July 6, 2027, with Wolf Alice as support. The run opens with two nights at Stockholm's Strawberry Arena, followed by Paris, Lisbon, Amsterdam and London, and closes with two concerts at Milan's Stadio San Siro. Dates in Spain are to be announced soon.

There is only one concert in Germany: U2 will play Berlin's Olympiastadion on June 30, 2027. No dates have been announced so far for Austria, Switzerland or Bulgaria. Ticket sales begin with a U2.com subscriber presale on Monday, November 2, at 10am local time; the artist presale follows on November 5 and the general sale on Friday, November 6, each at 10am. According to Live Nation, fans must register for the artist presale by Sunday, November 1, at 11:59pm CET.

The tour supports the album “Carnaval De Luz,” due November 13 on Island Records – the band's 16th studio album and its first new one in nine years, produced by Jacknife Lee. Before Europe, the group plays stadiums in Mexico City, São Paulo and Buenos Aires in February and March 2027, many of them already sold out; North American dates are expected in the coming weeks. In a joint statement, the four members said they wanted to try “to have the best night of anybody's life.” The Edge said the tour would wrap up in Ireland in 2028: “There's nowhere else we'd want to be for that party.”
