The Mercedes Formula 1 team improved its financial results in 2025. According to the accounts of Mercedes-Benz Grand Prix Limited filed with the UK's Companies House, revenue rose by £1.3 million to £633.4 million (2024: £632.1 million). More than £415 million of that came from sponsorship and licensing, Motorsport.com and FervoGear report.

Operating profit grew from £156.2 million to £166.7 million and profit after tax from £116.9 million to £125.9 million. According to FervoGear, management describes operating profit as its most telling metric. The owners received £125 million in dividends, up from £100 million a year earlier. According to Grandprix.com, the team is owned by Mercedes-Benz, Ineos and team principal Toto Wolff.

By comparison, McLaren increased its revenue in 2025 to £588.5 million (2024: £488.4 million) but posted an after-tax loss of £17.4 million, partly due to share-based payment charges, according to FervoGear. On track, Mercedes is doing better in 2026 than a year earlier, when it finished second in the constructors' standings: the team leads with 578 points and Kimi Antonelli tops the drivers' standings on 340 points.
