The former world champion had thought Fury was too old. After Joshua was dropped twice by Prenga, Bruno now favours Fury: “Tyson Fury is a very tricky customer.”

Frank Bruno has changed his prediction for Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua. According to Boxing News, the former heavyweight world champion had earlier said that “old age is catching up with Tyson Fury” and that “Joshua is a very good puncher – if he believes in himself.”

After Joshua was knocked down twice in his tune-up against Kristian Prenga, Bruno now doubts Joshua can win. Speaking to OOOSCH TV, he said: “Tyson Fury is a very tricky customer” – adding that Fury has “got a lot more skill than a lot of people give him credit for”.

Both fighters had tune-ups before the showdown – Fury against Mariusz Wach, Joshua against Prenga – and, according to Boxing News, neither impressed. Fury vs Joshua takes place on December 11 at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff.
