Parkway Drive turn Sydney Opera House show into live album and film
The Australian metalcore band will release an orchestral live album on Dec. 4 and headline Germany's Rock am Ring and Rock im Park in 2027.

Australian metalcore band Parkway Drive will release their Sydney Opera House concert as a live album. Home – Live At The Sydney Opera House, featuring 20 tracks, is due out on Dec. 4, according to Eventim's magazine, and a concert film, Parkway Drive: Home, will screen in selected cinemas. The band has shared a video for the song Prey as a preview.
The show took place in June 2025, when about 2,000 fans in evening wear watched the band perform with a full symphony orchestra; tickets sold out within three minutes. The magazine called it the group's most ambitious show to date. Parkway Drive will return to Europe in summer 2027 as headliners of Germany's Rock am Ring and Rock im Park and Switzerland's Greenfield Festival, with more dates expected.
