Following his UFC exit, Michael Page has signed a multi-year, multi-fight agreement with MF Sports, the company behind Misfits Boxing. The move was announced on 10 October at a Misfits event, where Page appeared in person. The UFC did not renew his contract despite a record of five wins and just one loss there. He last won a unanimous decision over Nursulton Ruziboev at UFC Paris in September.

"I feel free of the shackles," Page told The Stomping Ground, as quoted by Sherdog. The deal came together "relatively quickly", he said. In the UFC he had felt restricted, including in his walkouts. "I was Top 10 in two divisions; I was calling out everybody, wasn't getting any feedback," he said.

According to journalist Ariel Helwani, the deal is exclusive but allows Page to compete in grappling and wrestling. No date has been set for his first fight. The former Bellator star holds an MMA record of 26 wins and three losses.
