Maximilian Beier fired Borussia Dortmund to the top of the table on Saturday evening. The Germany international came on in the 68th minute and in the 80th curled in the only goal against Eintracht Frankfurt from Jobe Bellingham's pass – according to Sky, goalkeeper Noah Atubolu had no chance. It was Beier's second Bundesliga goal of the season.

Frankfurt captain Robin Koch, also a Germany international under head coach Jürgen Klopp, said after the game: "That is bitter, of course. We tried everything." Dortmund sporting director Ole Book said: "We were the better team – without big fireworks, but you can't expect that at this stage."

Dortmund have 17 points, for now three ahead of Bayern Munich, who play at Freiburg on Sunday (17:30 CET); Frankfurt slipped to 13th. The video highlights come from the YouTube channel Bundesliga.
