Runway as hit machine: JADE's "Angel of My Dreams" surges after the show
The song played at the Victoria's Secret show during the Fantasy Bra walk. US streams then multiplied – two years after its release.

The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show on 18 October is still echoing through the music charts. The biggest winner was "Angel of My Dreams" by British singer JADE soundtracked the walk featuring this year's Fantasy Bra. The single came out in 2024 as the singer's first solo release after her time in the girl group Little Mix. It peaked at number seven on the UK Singles Chart at the time.
After the show, plays shot up. Nylon reported a 2,049 per cent rise in US Spotify streams. According to US radio station 104.3 The Party, daily on-demand streams in the US jumped from about 18,000 to more than 284,000. On 21 October the song entered Spotify's Daily Top Songs USA chart at number 197. In the UK it re-entered the iTunes top ten, Nylon said.
The show is once again proving to be a showcase not only for fashion but also for music. According to 104.3 The Party, "Sports Car" and "Housewife" by Tate McRae, who performed at the show, also saw increased listening. "Angel of My Dreams" had already been named one of the best songs of 2024 by Billboard and The Independent; on TikTok, users are now celebrating that the song is finally getting the attention it deserves.
