After Sebastian Fundora’s knockout of Ermal Hadribeaj with one second left in the 12th round, Terence Crawford weighed in on a possible fight with Jaron Ennis. On social media he wrote, according to Boxing News: “Boots too fast for Fundora.” Crawford had previously favoured Fundora.
Ennis holds the WBA and WBO super-welterweight titles and is set to face IBF champion Josh Kelly in a unification fight early next year. An undisputed fight against WBC champion Fundora could become realistic after that, according to Boxing News – it has not been agreed.
Fundora retained his WBC title in Las Vegas on Saturday.
