Germany defender Jonathan Tah's Champions League night in Stavanger ended at half-time. With Bayern trailing 2-0, coach Vincent Kompany brought on Dayot Upamecano, Alphonso Davies and Ismael Saibari for Tah, Nathaniel Brown and Lennart Karl. SPORT1 rated Tah among Bayern's weakest players; for Gianni Stensness's early opener, the Viking player got past Tah and Min-jae Kim, the report said.
After the break Harry Kane levelled with a penalty (54') and another goal (60'), and Luis Díaz put Bayern 3-2 up in the 71st minute. After Michael Olise was sent off for a second yellow card, Herman Haugen equalised for 3-3 in the 90th minute. Kane said: "The first half wasn't good from us, the second was better. But the red card changed the game."
No injury was given as the reason for the changes. The national team completes its Nations League group phase against Serbia and the Netherlands in November.
