Eintracht Frankfurt can count on centre-back Jeremiah Maluze again after their 6-0 defeat in Leipzig. The 21-year-old, who had been sidelined first by thigh problems and then by illness, is back in training, the club said in response to a query from broadcaster Hessischer Rundfunk. According to the report, coach Adi Hütter has no other absentees.
Off the pitch, criticism of sporting director Markus Krösche is mounting. According to hr-sport, his future at the club is "more uncertain than ever", and the issue could be discussed intensively internally in the coming weeks. The club has not commented officially so far.
Hütter is due to hold a news conference on Wednesday at midday. Frankfurt's next Bundesliga match is at home to 1. FC Köln, who won their latest Rhine derby against Gladbach.
