Dana White has struck a more conciliatory tone in the dispute over who runs Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua. Speaking on BBC Radio 5 Live's Boxing with Bunce podcast, the UFC and Zuffa Boxing chief said, according to BBC Sport: "You've got to give credit to Eddie for really grinding that and making sure that it happened in the UK." White and the Saudi organisers had wanted the fight in the United States, but Joshua and his promoter Hearn held to their contractual right to a UK venue.

White says he has lost interest in the row with Hearn over his involvement: "I'm actually bored with this now. Who cares?" He is not stepping back, though. "I'm producing the fight. Me and my team will be producing the fight that night," he said, adding that he could be called "one of the promoters". Hearn had previously said White's involvement was not happening.

The fight takes place on 11 December at Cardiff's Principality Stadium and will be shown on Netflix. It is billed as a collaboration between Turki Alalshikh's The Ring and White.
