Rock am Ring is reorganizing its festival site at the Nürburgring for 2027. The Orbit Stage is getting a new location, organizers said, to make better use of the grounds, give fans more room to move, improve crowd flow and ease congestion between stages. According to MoreCore, the stage moves to the former Atmos Area. The plans take into account, among other things, feedback from a fan survey after the 2026 festivals.
The infield will also get about 25% more toilets and the outfield 15% more.
The festival reports more than 80,000 weekend tickets sold. Tickets currently cost 269 euros; after a further 5,000 sales, the final price tier begins, with the last 5,000 tickets at 289 euros. No additional allocations are planned, organizers said. Rock am Ring and Rock im Park take place June 4-6, 2027.
