Hurricane & Southside 2027: Second lineup wave due Thursday

Southside has announced its next round of confirmations for Oct. 29. So far 17 acts are booked, including Muse, Phoebe Bridgers and mgk.

Southside plans to release its second lineup wave for 2027 on Thursday, Oct. 29. The festival teased the new names in an Instagram post, according to the website Festivalisten: "In just 2 days we drop the second wave." The festival did not give a time.

So far, both festivals share all 17 confirmed acts. The first wave in mid-September included Muse, Phoebe Bridgers, mgk, Dropkick Murphys, Pierce The Veil, I Prevail, Simple Plan, Feine Sahne Fischfilet, Giant Rooks, Paula Hartmann and Ikkimel. Festivalisten therefore expects the new names for Hurricane as well.

Hurricane takes place June 18-20, 2027, at the Eichenring in Scheessel, with Southside running at the same time on the airfield grounds in Neuhausen ob Eck. Tickets are on sale; Southside advertises festival tickets for 189 euros on its website.
