Berlin: Man stabbed several times as dispute between two groups escalates
An unknown attacker allegedly stabbed a 29-year-old man several times in Berlin's Neu-Hohenschönhausen district. The man underwent emergency surgery; the suspect fled.

A 29-year-old man was seriously injured by several stab wounds to the upper body in Berlin's Neu-Hohenschönhausen district on Saturday evening. According to police, two groups had met at around 9:10 p.m. to settle an earlier dispute. Several teenagers were among those involved.
Police said a teenage girl briefly left and returned with an unidentified person, who allegedly went straight for the 29-year-old and stabbed him repeatedly. A teenage girl also allegedly used pepper spray; a 14-year-old complained of eye irritation but declined treatment.
Paramedics took the injured man to hospital, where he underwent emergency surgery. The suspect fled and has not been identified. The investigation is continuing.
