Single: Das kann uns keiner nehmen

According to news.at, Andrea Berg's first 'Best Of' from 2001 is eight times platinum with more than 2.5 million units sold in Germany alone, and since 2013 it has held a Guinness World Records entry as the longest-charting album in the German and Austrian charts. For its 25th anniversary, the double CD 'Best Of (Das Rekord Album – Das Kann Uns Keiner Nehmen)' came out on Sony on 9 October: 34 tracks, including re-recordings of 'Die Gefühle haben Schweigepflicht', 'Kilimandscharo' and 'Ich sterbe nicht nochmal', many remixes labelled 'Rekord Mix 2026', 'Dance Mix' or 'Tanzcafé Mix', and just one new song, 'Das kann uns keiner nehmen'.

laut.de critic Emil Dröll is harsh on the edition, calling it a 'record-worthy con job'. The 2026 versions 'once again want far too much', he writes, the UltraFox party mix takes it over the top, and labelling seems to be what matters most. His verdict: 'over-marketed and overproduced'. Listeners like the new song all the same: in the ARD-Schlagerhitparade's October monthly ranking, 'Das kann uns keiner nehmen' is at number 10.

The video is the official music video for 'Das kann uns keiner nehmen' from Andrea Berg's YouTube channel. According to news.at, she describes the song as a message about special moments, love, friendship and joy: 'The special moments we experience together – those are the things that last,' Berg says. In autumn 2027 she tours Germany, Austria and Switzerland with her 'EUPHORIE' tour.
