Paris jewellery house Boucheron is exhibiting in New York: under the title "Boucheron: In Focus – A Monograph of a Visionary", auction house Christie's is showing around 80 creations at its headquarters at Rockefeller Center. Following an opening reception on 8 October, the show is open to the public by registration until 18 October, Forbes reports. It traces the house from its founding in 1858 to the present day.
Among the highlights, according to trade site Something About Rocks, is the "Harcourt Diamond Bandeau" from 1924, a platinum and diamond tiara with olive-wreath motifs in an early Art Deco silhouette. It was commissioned by Viscountess Harcourt, a niece of J.P. Morgan, and stayed in the family, unseen, for almost a century; in summer 2026 it sold at Bonhams in London for £508,000. The house's latest high jewellery collection is also making its US debut.
"This exhibition therefore marks an important new milestone in our American journey," Boucheron CEO Hélène Poulit-Duquesne said, according to Something About Rocks. She hopes visitors will take away "a real understanding of who Boucheron is". The house's creative director is Claire Choisne.
