Ten-man Galatasaray beat Kasimpasa 3-1 with late goals ahead of Barcelona visit

Galatasaray overcame Lucas Torreira's red card to beat Kasimpasa with two late goals, with substitute Victor Osimhen setting up the third. Barcelona visit on Tuesday.

Galatasaray beat Kasimpasa 3-1 in the Turkish Super Lig on Friday despite playing with 10 men for almost half an hour. Abdulkerim Bardakci gave the Istanbul club the lead just before halftime, but Lucas Torreira's yellow card was upgraded to red after a VAR review in the 63rd minute and Jesurun Rak-Sakyi equalised five minutes later.

Baris Alper Yilmaz restored the lead in the 90th minute and Mario Lemina sealed the win six minutes into stoppage time from a Victor Osimhen assist. Osimhen and Leroy Sane both came off the bench in the 77th minute. Assistant Irfan Saraloglu led the team because head coach Okan Buruk was suspended.

Galatasaray host Barcelona in the Champions League on Tuesday. The club had lost top spot in the league after a heavy defeat to Trabzonspor.
