A Perfect Circle have released another new single, 'To Whom It May Concern'. The song was written in early 2026 and recorded at Billy Howerdel's Lankershim Ranch Studio in Studio City. Howerdel produced it himself, Matty Green mixed it, and Josh Freese plays drums. No new album has been officially announced – the band's most recent studio album, 'Eat the Elephant', came out in 2018.
According to Eventim, the previous single 'Starless' has topped the US Active Rock radio chart for a second consecutive week. It is also the band's second number one on Billboard's Mainstream Rock Airplay chart – after 'Weak and Powerless' in 2003, almost 23 years earlier. "It's exciting to finally release new music," Howerdel is quoted as saying, adding: "There will be more." Singer Maynard James Keenan says the band's songs always develop a personality of their own once they are played live.
The band hits the road from late November: after shows in Mexico City, São Paulo, Buenos Aires and Santiago, December brings Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Hawaii. From April to June 2027, it tours North America, from Vancouver (13 April) to Phoenix (13 June), with Puscifer and then The Cult as support acts.
