Rockstar Games has revealed the first six radio stations of Grand Theft Auto VI and published audio previews on the game's official website. They are Cocoteo FM with Latin music, Back Country Radio with country, AfroBank FM with African music, The Chamber 106.6 with metal, Dirty South Classics with Southern rap and hip-hop, and the pop station Flash FM, familiar from Vice City. According to Pure Xbox, each station has its own hosts.
New to the series are on-demand podcasts: unlike the talk radio of earlier games, which runs continuously, players will presumably be able to choose the episodes themselves. Radio and podcasts can be heard not only in vehicles but also on foot – through headphones connected to the smartphones of the playable characters Jason and Lucia.
GTA 6 will be released on 19 November 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. According to Rockstar, the soundtrack album Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album is also due on the same day.
