Arsenal open Saturday's Premier League programme against Leeds United at the Emirates Stadium at 12:30 p.m. BST (1130 GMT). The second-placed Londoners are looking to respond to a 3-0 defeat at Brighton just before the international break. Daniel Farke's Leeds are fifth and still unbeaten in the league after two wins and three draws.

Mikel Arteta has selection worries. Kai Havertz returned from Germany duty carrying a knock, and Arteta said: "Kai had a muscular injury." Asked whether he would play, the Spaniard said: "We will see tomorrow." Christos Tzolis is out for several weeks with a muscle injury and William Saliba is also sidelined. Declan Rice, who did not travel with England for load management, is expected to be available.

Leeds are expected to remain without Joe Rodon after his hamstring injury. Jean-Matteo Bahoya and Harry Wilson, both hurt around the international break, are doubts.
