On the last day of the campaign, the two presidential candidates addressed voters in the speeches provided for by the Electoral Code. They were broadcast on BNT 1 right after the main evening news "Po sveta i u nas" and simultaneously on BNT 2 and BNT 4.

"Esteemed compatriots, on Sunday we elect a president, we choose what kind of Bulgaria we want," President Iliana Yotova said. She called the campaign tough and said she would never answer hatred in kind. "There are not Bulgarians and Bulgarians – we are all Bulgarians," Yotova said, adding that "the vote from the smallest village weighs exactly as much as the vote from the capital." According to BTA, she noted that Nov. 1 is also the Day of the National Awakeners and urged people to vote.

Andrey Gyurov said in his address that he wants not more power but more responsibility, BTA reported. Both candidates called on citizens to go to the polls on Sunday.
