Paris Saint-Germain came from a goal down to beat bottom club Le Havre 5-1 on Friday night. Josh Maja put the hosts ahead in the 18th minute before Mika Godts equalized from a Hakimi pass. Achraf Hakimi made it 2-1 two minutes later. After the break, Hakimi added a free kick and Senny Mayulu scored into an empty net.
Hakimi completed the first hat-trick of his professional career in the 69th minute. Coach Luis Enrique described the Moroccan full-back as a striker whenever PSG have the ball, but said he is obliged to defend when they do not, AFP reported. Desire Doue, Vitinha and Joao Neves started on the bench, while Ousmane Dembele and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia were injured.
Paris lead the table with 20 points from nine games. Lille stayed two points behind after 40-year-old Olivier Giroud scored an 86th-minute winner in a 1-0 victory over Lens. Monaco can also reach 18 points against Paris FC on Sunday. Le Havre remain bottom with two points.
