Desertfest Berlin 2027: Brutus, Kylesa and Windhand in new wave of bands
The Berlin festival for stoner, doom and psych rock has confirmed nine more acts. It runs from 14 to 16 May 2027 at the Columbiahalle, the Columbia Theater and an outdoor stage.

Desertfest Berlin has unveiled a new wave of bands for 2027. New additions include Belgian power trio Brutus, who are returning to the stage, Kylesa, Windhand, The Well, Greek heavy rockers 1000mods and German psych veterans Colour Haze. Rickshaw Billie's Burger Patrol, Kanaan and Psychlona are also confirmed.
The line-up now also includes the Melvins, Hällas, Bongripper, Smoke Blow, A Place to Bury Strangers, Villagers of Ioannina City, Gnome and Inter Arma. The festival made its first announcement about three weeks earlier, and more acts are due in the coming weeks.
The festival takes place from 14 to 16 May 2027 at the Columbia venues on Columbiadamm – the Columbiahalle, the Columbia Theater and an outdoor stage. Festival passes are available via the official website desertfest.de. According to METALGLORY, the cheaper 'Blind Bird' tickets sold out in next to no time.
