US rock band Queens of the Stone Age have announced new tour dates for 2027. In May, the band led by singer Josh Homme will play 16 U.S. shows, mostly in arenas, with Pixies and Wheelchair Sports Camp in support, music site Loudwire reported on Thursday. The run opens May 1 in San Diego and closes May 24 at Boston’s TD Garden, with a stop at Red Rocks in Morrison, near Denver along the way.
The tour supports the band’s new album, “Perfecth,” out Oct. 30. It kicks off on Saturday, Oct. 24, with a sold-out show with the Virgin Orchestra at Laugardalshöll in Reykjavik, followed through December by dates in Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand, and in March 2027 by Mexico City and the Lollapalooza festivals in Argentina, Chile and Brazil.
No dates in Germany, Austria, Switzerland or Bulgaria have been announced so far. For the U.S. shows, an artist presale begins on Oct. 28 at 10 a.m. local time, with general sale on Oct. 29.
