Union Berlin are waiting on the fitness of Kastriot Imeri ahead of Saturday's Bundesliga trip to FC Augsburg (1330 GMT). The attacking player was substituted with a knock against Borussia Dortmund. "His involvement is still questionable, we have to see tomorrow what the situation is," coach Mauro Lustrinelli said on Thursday, according to the German Press Agency dpa.
Defender Josip Juranovic has returned to training after recovering from injury, though it is not yet decided whether he will be in the squad. Forwards Livan Burcu and Oliver Burke are also back in training after illness. Union have taken four points from their last two matches, most recently a goalless draw with Dortmund.
Lustrinelli warned about the opposition: "The team is very well organised, and they run an incredible amount." Augsburg are unbeaten at home and drew 2-2 with Bayern Munich last time out. Union face a congested week, travelling to Cologne in the German Cup on Tuesday before hosting the same opponents in the league five days later.
