After 'Bombs', the US rapper follows up with a video of around two minutes. Stereogum is impressed – the song is not yet on streaming services.

Doechii released 'Catwoman' on 21 October, a roughly two-minute video from her 'Swamp Sessions' series. She co-directed it with Carlos Acosta. It opens with the rapper posing in a desert mountain landscape, rapping over a boom-bap beat. The song is not yet on streaming services, and it is unclear whether this is the full track.
Stereogum's Tom Breihan deliberately does not reveal how the video continues – 'I'd rather not spoil it'. He writes: 'I've seen pop stars do this gimmick when introducing their new personas before, but I don't think I've ever seen it rendered quite so vividly.'
'Catwoman' is the second new Swamp Session within a few days. In mid-October came 'Bombs', a fast rap track with a self-directed video in which Doechii appears as a fembot with guns on her chest. The clips are seen as precursors to her first studio album, which she has teased on Instagram; no title or date has been announced. She is billed as a headliner at Primavera Sound 2027.
