Jean-Michel Jarre has announced his 'Oxygene & Beyond' tour, celebrating the 50th anniversary of his 1976 album 'Oxygène'. The tour was unveiled at Amsterdam Dance Event, whose 30th edition the Frenchman opened with a sold-out concert. According to Berlin Magazine, the European leg starts in Katowice on September 21, 2027, and comprises 17 dates through October 24, 2027. The tour is then set to continue internationally into 2028.

The only German date announced so far, according to Rolling Stone, is October 2, 2027, at Berlin's Uber Arena. An artist presale for pre-registered fans opens at 10 a.m. on Thursday, with general sales following at 10 a.m. on Friday, October 23. Reports so far do not mention any concerts in Austria, Switzerland or Bulgaria.

Jarre plans to perform selected pieces from a new studio album, due in spring 2027, live for the first time. An anniversary edition of 'Oxygène' with a new stereo remaster and Dolby Atmos and 5.1 mixes is released on November 20, 2026. The tour is a tribute to where it all began and an invitation to imagine what comes next, Jarre said. 'The adventure continues,' Rolling Stone quoted him as saying.
