Dior has released the full campaign for creative director Jonathan Anderson's Cruise 2027 collection. Photographer Sam Rock pictured actresses Jennifer Lawrence, Greta Lee and Taylor Russell and actor Drew Starkey in the galleries of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, where Dior had staged the show. According to Culted, the collection arrived in stores on October 22, the same day the full campaign launched.
The images play on the relationship between viewers and the viewed. Some shots feature Claude Monet's "Water Lilies" from around 1908, which hangs at LACMA. Starkey wears shirts from Dior's collaboration with artist Ed Ruscha. According to the fashion press, the collection draws on California sunshine, Hollywood's Technicolor era and Pop Art; styling is by Benjamin Bruno.
