Udinese slumped to a fifth consecutive Serie A defeat on Sunday, losing 3-0 at home to Lecce in the seventh round of the season. Kialonda Gaspar headed the visitors in front from an Antonino Gallo corner in the 11th minute at the Bluenergy Stadium, and Konan N'Dri doubled the lead from another corner in the 33rd.
Udinese had a goal ruled out for offside after the break before Jamil Siebert finished a late counter-attack to complete the scoring. Eusebio Di Francesco's Lecce moved up to nine points and provisionally to 11th place.
After a draw and a win to open the campaign, Udinese have four points and are in the drop zone, having also lost to Torino, Cagliari, Inter and Lazio. Fans whistled the team. Italian media say Runjaic's job is in danger, though the club has made no announcement.
