Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua could make history at the box office too. "I don't want to mis-speak here but we have this thing scaled for around $34 million," Dana White told Sky Sports, as reported by World Boxing News. The figure is a projection, not confirmed revenue.
If it is reached, the fight would rank fourth among boxing's biggest live gates according to World Boxing News – behind Floyd Mayweather vs Manny Pacquiao ($72.2m, 2015), Mayweather vs Conor McGregor ($55.4m, 2017) and Canelo Alvarez vs Terence Crawford ($47.2m, 2025). The Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson exhibition in November 2024 officially drew around $18.1m.
Around 80,000 tickets for the Principality Stadium sold out within about an hour of general sale opening on 9 October, with prices ranging from £88.50 to £13,128 including fees, according to World Boxing News. The fight takes place on 11 December, with ringwalks planned for the early hours of 12 December.
