Elie Saab presented his Spring/Summer 2027 ready-to-wear collection at Paris Fashion Week on 3 October. Titled "À Fleur de Peau", it draws on the glamour of 1930s Hollywood actress Jean Harlow. According to Grazia México, it favours a more intimate glamour, with pieces following the fluid lines of the body rather than wide silhouettes. The Lebanese fashion house has published a video of the show on YouTube.

Fluid gowns with trailing linings, lace trims and asymmetric hems defined the silhouette. Embellished bralettes were paired with matching slips or shimmering net skirts, and a loose trench coat was worn over sheer midi skirts. Fashion Week Online describes the mood as "the new boudoir": sage green, powder blue and blush, rose embroidery on lace and silk, corset details, ruffles, bows and ribbons.

Grazia México notes that the pastels were set against white, black, brown and various shades of blue, while the house's signatures of beading, sequins and floral embroidery remained. According to Fashion Week Online, footwear ranged from heeled ballerinas to mules. Elie Saab also showed a gold-plated, monogrammed butterfly frame from his new eyewear line.
