VfL Osnabrueck beat Greuther Fuerth 3-0 in the 2. Bundesliga on Sunday. Daniel-Kofi Kyereh put the hosts ahead at the Bremer Bruecke in the 37th minute from a Robin Meissner pass, and Meissner doubled the lead two minutes later with Kyereh providing the assist.

Ismail Badjie sealed the win in the 75th minute. It was the first victory in five games for coach Timo Schultz's side, while Heiko Vogel's Fuerth could not build on last week's 2-0 win over Braunschweig.

Osnabrueck move up to eighth with 11 points. Fuerth stay 12th on nine points.
