Ipswich Town drew 1-1 with Nottingham Forest in the Premier League on Friday in a match played through wind and steady rain at Portman Road. Neco Williams gave Forest the lead in the 13th minute and Julio Enciso equalized in the 41st. Both goals stemmed largely from defensive errors, The Guardian reported.
Forest created the clearer chances but failed to take them. Ipswich defender Issa Diop escaped a red card for a last-man foul. "We were never quite good enough with the ball to turn it into a football match," Ipswich manager Gary O'Neil said.
