Eintracht Frankfurt is reviewing its business model after sporting director Markus Krösche announced his departure. Board member Axel Hellmann told Hessischer Rundfunk (hr-iNFO) that the club's previous transfer model no longer works. He said the club must systematically reduce its economic dependence on transfer revenue.
It remains unclear who will succeed Krösche; the club has not yet commented officially on filling the post. On the pitch, Eintracht visit Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga on Saturday at 18:30 CEST.
