A24 has released a new teaser for 'Slayground', the new film from Jeremy Saulnier ('Green Room'), who wrote and directed it. A new poster sets 29 January 2027 as the US release date; no German date has been announced yet.
The setting is a Halloween haunted attraction called Slayground, where several people have been brutally murdered. Scare actor 'Metal Mike' Graves wakes up there surrounded by his co-workers' bodies with no memory of what happened. As a statewide manhunt closes in, he searches for the truth – even if the trail leads back to him.
Cory Michael Smith stars; the cast also includes Chase Sui Wonders, Sophie Wilde, James Badge Dale, Stanley Simons, Stephen Root and Young Mazino. A24 had already shown a first, cryptic teaser styled as security-camera footage in September.
