A week after defeat at Brighton, Arsenal delivered the right response. At the Emirates Stadium Arsenal fell behind to James Justin's goal on 55 minutes but turned the match around within a quarter of an hour: Riccardo Calafiori equalised on 62 minutes and Bruno Guimarães made it 2-1 on 70 minutes after a backheel from Declan Rice.
It is Leeds United's first defeat of the season. Arsenal now have 15 points and sit second, level with Manchester City. Manager Mikel Arteta said his side wanted to prove "we are something special and unique".
