Barcelona coach Hansi Flick sprang a surprise for Tuesday's Champions League showdown at Paris Saint-Germain (21:00 CEST, Parc des Princes), starting Marc Bernal, Pedri and Dani Olmo in midfield, with Rodri and Frenkie de Jong among the substitutes. Raphinha, back from a knock, leads the attack alongside Lamine Yamal and Anthony Gordon.
Barcelona: Joan Garcia; Espart, Cubarsi, Gerard Martin, Cancelo; Bernal, Pedri, Olmo; Yamal, Raphinha, Gordon. PSG coach Luis Enrique named Safonov; Hakimi, Marquinhos, Pacho, Lucas Hernandez; Neves, Vitinha, Fabian Ruiz; Doue, Dembele, Kvaratskhelia. Warren Zaire-Emery and Lucas Digne are on the bench.
Both clubs have six points from two matches and sit top of the table. PSG are without left-back Nuno Mendes, who has a thigh injury, while Barcelona are missing Jules Kounde and Eric Garcia among others. Barcelona have won all nine of their La Liga games.
