Karlos Vémola, who has faced Patrik Kincl twice in the cage and trains regularly with Dominik Humburger, has weighed in on the OKTAGON 95 main event. Kincl is "probably the better fighter, in all aspects", Vémola told the Czech website Fights.cz – on the feet, on the ground and in fight IQ. He does not believe Kincl will let himself be drawn into a slugfest.
"What he doesn't have, though, is Humburger's heart," Vémola said. If Humburger really pressures him and unloads his heavy shots, he could win the fight with that heart: "I'll be rooting for him." Vémola once beat Kincl on points in XFN but lost their later meeting in OKTAGON.
OKTAGON 95 takes place at the Mattoni Arena in Karlovy Vary on Saturday, October 17. According to Sherdog, the card also features Daniel Škvor vs. Tomasz Narkun at light heavyweight and Matúš Juráček vs. Jozef Wittner at middleweight.
