Six weeks before Joshua faces Fury, MVP boss Nakisa Bidarian looks back: Jake Paul should not have taken the AJ fight on only three weeks' notice.

As Anthony Joshua prepares for Tyson Fury in Cardiff on 11 December, Nakisa Bidarian, co-founder and chief executive of Jake Paul's promotional company MVP, reflected on Paul's defeat to Joshua, Sky Sports reports. "I was pretty vocal that I didn't want him to do the fight on three weeks' notice," Bidarian said. "If Jake had to do that with the right training camp he'd have a really good shot at beating AJ."

According to Sky Sports, Joshua broke Paul's jaw in a sixth-round stoppage. Paul plans to return on Christmas Eve in Dubai. "We are down to three or four names," Bidarian told Sky Sports News of the opponent, adding that Darren Till is "definitely somebody we've had on the list". He hopes to announce the opponent within the next week or two.
