Peter Hammill, founder and voice of British prog rock band Van der Graaf Generator, will play four concerts in Germany in spring 2027: Theaterhaus Stuttgart on 27 April, Harmonie Bonn on 28 April, Theater Rüsselsheim on 30 April and Theater im Delphi in Berlin on 3 May. According to Rolling Stone, tickets are already available via Eventim.

Hammill has also pursued a solo career since 1971. Johnny Rotten cited his 1975 album 'Nadir's Big Chance' as an inspiration for the Sex Pistols. Rolling Stone promises the shows will be 'less a nostalgic prog rock revue than an encounter with an unpredictable artist'.
