Ahead of next Monday's Ballon d'Or ceremony in London, Bayern Munich players and coaches are backing Harry Kane. Serge Gnabry said: "He had an incredible year. From my point of view, he has done enough." It would be "wonderful" for a teammate to win such a trophy, he added.
Assistant coach Aaron Danks admitted to being biased as an Englishman and praised the striker's versatility: "He can be our best defender if he wants to be." The ceremony takes place in Kane's hometown of London, and the Englishman is considered one of the favorites.
