Jasmine Jasudavicius beat Erin Blanchfield in the UFC Edmonton co-main event. All three judges scored the women's flyweight bout 29-28 in her favour. Cageside Press called it an upset in which Jasudavicius dominated Blanchfield on the ground – it was the only one of the night's 13 fights to go the distance.
Besides Malott, Mandel Nallo, Marc-Andre Barriault and Joel Faglier received $100,000 performance bonuses; there was no Fight of the Night award. Nallo stopped Nate Landwehr in round two with leg kicks and punches, while Barriault, according to Sherdog, ended a two-fight losing streak by finishing Kyle Daukaus with elbows at 4:28 of the first round.
Faglier (now 7-0) wore down Javad Mahjoub with body shots, according to Sherdog, and won by TKO in round two. The fastest win on the main card came from Cristian Perez, who knocked out Kyle Nelson in 27 seconds.
