Paint maker Benjamin Moore named 'Webster Green HC-130' its Color of the Year 2027 on 14 October 2026. The company describes the shade as a mid-tone green that balances the stability of blue with the warmth of yellow, calling it 'the quintessential shade of green'. The company highlights it for front doors, built-ins and trim.
The accompanying trend palette includes seven further colours, among them 'Nelson Blue', 'White Down', the warm neutral 'Shakespeare Tan', the milk-chocolate 'Antique Copper' and the berry-tinged 'Townsend Harbor Brown'. Andrea Magno, who oversees brand, colour and integrated marketing at Benjamin Moore, said Webster Green pairs 'reassuring stability with optimistic energy'.
According to Wallpaper*, the launch is accompanied by a film featuring illustrator Tanu Vasu. A video on the Color of the Year 2027 can be seen on the Benjamin Moore Paints YouTube channel.
