The United States will supply the Israeli Air Force with twelve Apache attack helicopters. U.S. officials signed a deal worth about $1 billion, The Times of Israel reported, as cited by Democracy Now on Friday. The report did not give a delivery date.
In the Gaza Strip, Palestinian health officials said Israeli strikes killed four people and sent nine others to hospital on Thursday. The figures cannot be independently verified, and the report did not include a response from the Israeli military. On Wednesday, a toddler in Gaza City was treated for burns after her mother died, according to sources in Gaza, in a fire caused by an airstrike on their home.
