The focus on Monday is Eurohold Bulgaria. According to Investor.bg on 11 September, the board has called a shareholder meeting for 12 October 2026 in Sofia. The first item is approval in principle of a procedure to remove the company from the register of public companies. According to Investor.bg, such a step is tied to a prior tender offer to the remaining shareholders and would end trading on the exchange. Whether the meeting will be quorate and what it will decide was not known in the morning. Majority owner Starcom Holding holds more than 75%. Its chairman Kiril Boshov said on 21 August that he did not expect such a decision. Eurohold shares rose 9.72% over the week to €1.58, including 5.33% on Friday alone.

Other company news: at their meeting on 5 October, shareholders of the real-estate fund FNIB (Real Estate Fund Bulgaria) approved a gross dividend of €0.225 per share, about €7.81 million in total. The share ended the week at €2.78 (+1.09%). The highest weekly turnover was in Euro Invest Management (€2 million), Shelly Group (€579,000) and First Investment Bank (€416,000).

Energy stocks are still barely traded. Petrol's last price is €0.316 from 8 October, and Toplivo's is €4.20 from 28 September. We found no new regulatory announcements from energy issuers over the weekend.
