Pazartesi sabahından bu yana BTA haber ajansı ve ekonomi medyası somut rakamlar içeren yeni fabrika, temel atma ya da işten çıkarma bildirmedi. Büyük bir kamu ihalesini ek olarak aktarıyoruz: Karayolu ajansı API, 6 Ekim'de Struma Otoyolu'nun Simitli (Blagoevgrad bölgesi) yakınındaki 2,7 km'lik kesimi için sözleşmeyi imzaladı. 3.1 numaralı lotun, Razlog ve Bansko yönündeki trafiği yerleşim yerinin dışına çıkarması öngörülüyor. Maliyeti KDV dahil 107,9 milyon euro, kilometre başına yaklaşık 40 milyon euro. İnşaatı altı şirketten oluşan bir konsorsiyumun yapması planlanıyor; tasarım ve inşaat için 605 gün öngörülüyor (Sega, 24.10.; Fakti, 26.10.).
Yol Güvenliği Enstitüsü (IPB), Bulgaristan tarihinde bir otoyol için en yüksek kilometre fiyatından söz ediyor ve işin açık ihale yapılmadan doğrudan verilmesini eleştiriyor; sözleşmenin durdurulmasını ve incelenmesini talep ediyor. API, doğrudan verilmeyi, lotun halihazırda inşa edilmiş bölümüyle teknik bağlantıyla gerekçelendiriyor; haberlerde fiyat eleştirisine doğrudan bir yanıt yer almıyor (Fakti). Kamu ihalesi olduğu için proje, diğer yol sözleşmeleri gibi tablo toplamına dahil edilmiyor. Toplam 592,0 milyon euroda, belirtilen yeni istihdam ise 3.171'de kalıyor.
